An ENT physician is a physician trained in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the ears, nose, and throat, and related structures of the head and neck. They have special expertise in managing diseases of the head and neck region. ENT is the oldest medical specialty in the United States, and more than 50% of all physician office visits are for ENT problems.

Our physicians, Richard B. Allen, M.D., Michele L. Richards, M.D., and Christopher L. Slack, M.D. are board certified.  They have passed rigorous examinations in their specialty, under the auspice of the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Medical Examiners.
