Office Policy

Office Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment only, but usually same day appointments are available for emergencies. Our phones are answered by trained professionals during regular business hours, able to answer your questions or we will call you back by the end of the day. After hours, answering service is available for urgent matters, but in case of an emergency, please call 911.

We accept Medicare and most insurance plans. Co-Pays and co-insurances are collected at time of service. For your convenience, we accept most credit cards, checks & cash.
