Christopher L. Slack M.D. received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine with honors (Alpha Omega Alpha selection), and subsequently completed his Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery Residency at the University of Colorado where he served as the resident selectee for the Risk Management Board for the University of Colorado Hospital Healthcare System. Dr. Slack is double boarded with board certification in the following disciplines::

• American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
• American Board of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery

Dr. Slack performs the full complement of ENT procedures including pediatric airway, endoscopic sinus surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, obstructive sleep apnea management, head and neck cancer, balance and hearing disorders etc.

Dr. Slack specializes in aesthetic enhancement of the face. He utilizes the latest endoscopic techniques, focusing on minimal incisions, wound healing aids and the use of multiple modalities to effect the most natural cosmetic improvements. He is an experienced surgeon with Botox, cosmetic facial fillers, and laser treatments and performs skin cancer excisions and reconstructions with a pathologist on site. Dr. Slack was on staff as a teaching professor in the Departments of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, General Surgery and Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery at David Grant Medical Center, United States Air Force. Dr. Slack continues to teach as an assistant clinical professor for the Florida State University (FSU) School of Medicine. He has a number of professional affiliations. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Slack is the Medical Director for Treasure Coast Sleep Disorders in Stuart, FL. Dr. Slack's hospital affiliations include the Lawnwood Regional Medical Center and Heart Institute and the Port St. Lucie Medical Center. He currently serves on the Surgical Quality Assurance Commitees at both institutions. Dr. Slack performs surgery at the following accredited facilities:
